Packaging tips for a safe courier delivery

It is a well known fact that a courier company will always take on the delivery of just about anything with the right amount of speed and plenty of safety in comparison to the regular mail service providers.
But, just to be on the safe side with no openings to be knocked over or damaged, you need to employ the proper packaging methods. The first and most important thing to find out is whether the item you are delivering is actually fragile, sturdy or bouncy. For instance, if you are getting something like a soft toy delivered, there is little need to worry about reinforcing it for better shock absorption as it is highly unlikely to crack under duress.
However, if you are delivering something like a glass vase or something fragile and brittle of the sort, it is important to remember to at least wrap it up with bubble wrap in order to prevent it from getting damaged during the delivery. If it is being delivered in a box without any rigid foam reinforcement, make sure to block all the free space with scrunched up newspaper for better results.
